When should I expect the Decon Cloths & Bullard CaresKit?

Departments that participate in the Bullard ‘demo’ helmet promotion will receive their Decon Cloths & Cares Kit when the helmet is delivered to the department by our All American Fire Equipment sales consultant.

I signed up to demo a Bullard helmet, how long can I keep it?

Congratulations! You won’t be disappointed. The duration of your trial will be determined on a case by case basis.

Let your All American Fire Equipment sales consultant know what your needs are and we will do our best to accommodate them!

I registered for the demo, how long will it take to get to me?

We can’t wait for you to try the helmet! However, we cannot guarantee a date of arrival, different helmets require different time frames to manufacture. We will give you a good faith estimate once we arrange for the product.

Typically product arrives within a pre-defined window of time. However, we understand that ‘things’ happen. Please remain flexible and know that you may contact your All American Fire Equipment sales consultant at any time with questions.

Will I get the exact helmet that I specified?

All American Fire Equipment will make every effort to get you exactly what you want to demo. There might be a case in which we cannot meet those exact parameters, OR due circumstances we think it’s best to go with a comparable helmet.

We will keep you apprised and make sure that the helmet you demo is satisfactory to all parties.

Can I let other members of my department try the Bullard Helmet?

ABSOLUTELY! We are supplying a Bullard Cares Kit with every demo. The Cares Kit will ensure that you are able to clean the helmet components as desired.

We highly recommend disinfecting the helmet, and washing all of the removable parts according to the Bullard Cares Kit instructions if the helmet changes hands.
